Heavy duty Raven 1.2m motorised dish kit including Primesat polar mount, heavy duty actuator and Raven matchedfeedhorn with C120 0.2dB Inverto LNB.This is a Raven (formerly Andrews and before that Channel Master) 1.2m dish. Very high gain one piece proven design. "Probably the best 1.2m dish in the world" The motor unit is the new Primesat CH12MK4 Mk 4 polar mount and Superjack actuator and is designed for the 1.2m Raven dish.The new Mk 4 has been completely redesigned compared to earlier versions. This mount is very well designed. The dish does not stand a long was away from the pole. With this latest Mk 4 version, the mount is aclose and well balanced assembly. The framework is very strong and well engineered. Fine adjustment is easy with a spanner.Primesat CH12MK4 heavy duty polar mount and actuator. The polar mount is mostly "dipped galvanised". The "dish back plate frame"is etch primed, primed, top coated and baked in an oven to provide a durable finish. The rest of the mount including the collar is dipped galvanised. All of the nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel except the main elevation and declination adjusters whichare made of brass. The polar mount includes a frame that is designed to fit on the back of the Raven 1.2m dish using the 4 boltsthat come with the Raven dish. A genuine Superjack 18" actuator HARL-3618+ is included. This dish / polar mount motor unitis designed to clamp onto a 76mm (3-inch) diameter pole. 4 core motor control cable forthis motor is available. This heavy duty polar mount and actuator can take high wind loads.

The Raven feedhorn works best with the 1.2m, 1.8m and 2.4m Raven dishes and is highly recommended for use with these dishes. Use this feedhorn with a C120 flange LNB for better matching and a higher gain than a 40mm clamp LNB of equivalent noise level. Why buy a high quality Raven dish and use a compromise 40mm mass market LNBF where the feed is made for ANY dish?Taking a 1.2m dish as an example - A 40mm LNB may only illuminate 1.1m of dish area or perhaps 1.3mof dish area (i.e. including noise round the edges) but with a matched feedhorn, exactly 1.2m of disharea is illuminated. This feedhorn is for offset dishes and can also be used on other makes of offsetdish. It comes with adapters for either 23mm or 40mm clamps and it comes with the ultimate 0.2 dBInverto LNB. The best combination money can buy. Inverto LNBs are high output LNBs and work well even with long cable runs. Twin, quad and quatro C120 LNBs are optional. The one piece reflector is thermoset-molded glass fiber reinforced polyester for strength and rigidity and surface accuracy. An ultimate dish system for enthusiasts. The polar mount is best mounted on a 76mm pole.
The Primesat GS761FW ground stand is designed for and recommended for this dish. This stand includes 3 adjustable feet.When used with either 1.2m - 1.5m dishes it is recommended to use 6 feet as this increases the bolt hole ground fixings to 12.
